Richard Kelly is an investor who’s grown his real estate business in the Bay Area – all within 30-minutes of his home. His focus is doing real estate right: keeping it simple and profitable. In the past year he’s turned deals that have generated over $1 million in profit and equity, as well and as adding properties that will reap passive income for years to come. He started only 7 years ago without any money for investment.

Richard’s been a full-time real estate investor for the past seven years. Before switching into investment, Mr. Kelly worked was a journalist for 12 years. He has a BA in Economics and an MBA in Finance.
