Mary Morrongiello – Rehab Artist.

FINDING A DEAL!

Mary and her crew just completed house #91 as a flip and are booked with projects through beginning of 2014.

  1. What has changed in the rehab game since 2008?
  2. Like a marine…you must adapt.
  3. How we found our five most profitable flips in 2012 (five different ways)
  4. What to do with a deal once you’ve got it.

Mary and her ex-husband Michael have been flipping houses, buying to hold and wholesaling deals since 1987. Mary and her crew just completed house #91 as a flip and are booked with projects through beginning of 2014.

Mary began flipping in California in 1998 after moving here from Tampa Bay. She went broke in the market decline of 2007 when she got stuck with a million dollar plus wine country rehab. It has taken 6 years to recover but she gets up every day and moves forward as the life of a flipper is repleat with “rags to riches” cycles.

Come listen to the methods that Mary and Michael are using to secure inventory in the hottest market in a generation and just as important what they do to the homes to get the maximum profit out of them.
